FAQ — How to order

Redeem your Single, Couple or Family package in a few simple steps.

BEFORE YOU START

Find your redemption code

First of all, please find your Redemption Code at Groupon.

Open your Groupon voucher and keep the code ready. You will enter it later in the shopping cart.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PACKAGE

Single, Couple or Family

With the Couple or Family Package you have not bought only one title with two or four certificates. You receive two or four complete titles with all supplements.

Single Package

Enter the name for the first certificate and, if you like, the name for the free additional certificate. Select any accessories you would like — accessories are not included and will be charged separately — then click “ADD TO CART”.

Couple Package

Follow the Single Package steps. After clicking “ADD TO CART”, stay on the site and enter the next names in “Name on certificate” and “Additional certificates”. This gives you two complete titles. Then open “VIEW CART” and check out.

Family Package

Follow the Couple Package steps and add four titles in total, one after another. Each main title includes one free partner certificate — eight certificates altogether.

Ready? Add the correct number of complete titles to your cart before checking out.

Enter your code

Enter your code in the field indicated by the green arrow. All codes are checked twice and work properly. If you see an error message, copy the code directly from your Groupon PDF and paste it into the field.

Important: Make sure you do not mix up a 1 with an “L”, or an “O” with a 0 (zero).

APPLY VOUCHER

Check the deduction

Click “APPLY VOUCHER”. The voucher amount will then be deducted from your bill.

If you receive an error message, check the Groupon code again for mistyped letters or numbers. If the code is definitely correct and the problem remains, please contact us. We will help you complete your order.

Use the correct email address

You receive your certificates very quickly by email. Please check the email address carefully while ordering. If it is incorrect, we cannot send your certificates to you.
